Went in to because my phone was stolen over the weekend. I walked in to 6 employees who were more interested in their conversation than helping a customer. I had to ask for help, the gal that ended up helping me acted like it was a chore to help me out. I went in with the full intention of buy a new iPhone, but after being treated like an under valued customer. Every time something like this happens it honestly makes me question why I stick with AT&T over Verizon. This might be the stick that breaks the camels back. Here I come Verizon I guess I won't have to deal with dropped calls and spotty coverage anymore. When I think about it like that maybe they deserve 5 stars for scaring people into a better plan at a MUCH better company: Verizon.
