The Cheesecake Factory at 201 Los Cerritos Center, Cerritos, California.

Visited the restaurant for dinner last Friday night after the movies and to celebrate my wife's birthday.
Ordered Clam Chowder that came to the table cold, did not get silverware until we ask for it, my son ask for the mignon stake that came cold and raw not the way he ask for it he got cold fries, my wife order hibachi stake and it again was cold. Best thing was the bread basket and my four roses whiskey with ginger ale.
I order fish and chips fries not hot fish not even crispy all around, took a bite and fish was watery inside. We ask for the bill paid and left.
Service was disgustingly poor and food awful will not ever go back or recommend.
A DISGUSTING PLACE TO EAT $131 dollars plus tip not worth it.
