Horrible! First, no receptionist giving guidance when walked in, and bankers were chatting in the back and leaving me and other guy waiting about 25 mins to get served. Second, unprofessional. It took them 3 days to finish uploading files to their system and yet my application is still pending due to unclear and unreadable scan file. That makes me wonder if their scanner is fu*king 20 years old. Third, getting a response from them is taking forever when facing problems. When you call, they are always busy. Maybe they are too busy with how to use scanners better. At last, do everything online yourself, and it is the best and fastest way. If you have to go a branch, do not come to this one. If you have to come to this one, do not let THE oversized female help you. She is so fu*king unintelligent and slow.
