ATG Rehab (Nu Motion) is the biggest dealer and distributor of medical equipment especially wheelchairs. Many of insurance companies have ATG Rehab in the network as wheelchair dealer. However, most of insurance networks have ATG Rehab as an only wheelchair dealer. So a member doesn't have a choice to order a wheelchair except ATG Rehab. I have been using ATG Rehab service for almost 20 years. And I am going to tell you what I experience and feel at ATG Rehab. ATG Rehab is the company that doesn't care of customers but only their business. ATG Rehab NEVER answer the customer's phone call but answer only when they are available occasionally once a ten phone calls. When a customer visits their facility, they don't consider customer's convenience but only their strict regulations. If a customer needs a service, it take 10 times longer than you expect. Their fax machine MUST be broken because they verify the fax once after sending 10 faxes. Their customer care representatives are changed everytime whenever a customer calls. And more and more and more....... Even though they have these services the reason I should use their service is this company is the only one I can order and repair wheelchair equipment in my insurance network. Although I changed insurance company, ATG Rehab is always there in most of insurance network as an only one. I really don't know how ATG Rehab can do its business with the worst customer service. And it looks like ATG Rehab has CCS/OC Regional Center's wheelchair and medical equipment carrier contract. So most of disabled children's parents should use their service. But I don't know how this kind of bad company serves for the Government program. I am still using this company's service because I don't have any other choice. However, anyone who has any other choice DON'T even think about this company.
